Adam is a legacy AI service operated by After Adam. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your content. The stories, photos, recordings, and writings you upload remain yours. You grant us the license needed to operate the service — to shape your Adam, synthesize speech, and render video from them — and nothing more. We do not sell your content or use it to train models for other customers.
Consent and rights. You must have the right to use the likeness, voice, and works you upload — as the person themselves, their family, or their estate. Do not create an Adam of a living person without their permission.
What Adam is.Adam is an AI shaped around a person's archive. He is a way to keep stories and a voice close — not the person, and not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Acceptable use. No impersonation for deception, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Billing. Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Liability.The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, After Adam's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
